We don't do robocalls. We don't blast numbers in bulk. Every call placed by a Televista caller is a real, live human conversation — no auto-dialers, no pre-recorded messages, no spam.

Here's how we keep it clean:

  • We honor the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry and maintain our own internal DNC list. If someone asks not to be called, that's it — we stop.
  • We call during reasonable hours only (8am–9pm in the prospect's local time zone). No early morning or late night calls.
  • Callers introduce themselves and Televista on every single call — no mystery numbers, no deceptive openers.
  • We don't cold blast consumer lists. Our callers work targeted business lists supplied by or approved by the client.

Call Recording & QA

Every call placed by a Televista caller is recorded. This is not just for compliance — it's the foundation of our quality assurance process:

  • 100% of calls are recorded and stored securely.
  • Our QA team reviews calls weekly to ensure script adherence, professionalism, and compliance.
  • Clients can request access to call recordings at any time.
  • Callers who do not meet our standards are retrained or replaced.

Data Handling & Privacy

Your prospect lists and client data are treated with the highest level of care:

  • Lead data provided by clients is used exclusively for the engagement it was provided for.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
  • Data is stored in access-controlled systems and deleted upon contract termination (or per your instructions).

Televista operates primarily in the U.S. market. For clients operating in regulated jurisdictions:

  • We support CCPA opt-out requests and can process deletion requests upon written notice.
  • For EU/UK clients, we will work with you to ensure appropriate data processing agreements are in place.
  • Our systems do not retain unnecessary personal data beyond what is required for service delivery.
